This unique network-based predictive dialler platform from OPEX can be used for both outbound and inbound campaigns. The solution incorporates dialling and call recording technology complete with a fully built-in voice recording capability and real-time monitoring tools. This OFCOM compliant tool is capable of preview and predictive dialling and ensures your agents have more time to engage with customers, by typically achieving talk-time of up to 75% or more.

The dialler comprises advanced routines which sample historic and real time trends to establish optimum performance based on team size, time of day, current and historic abandon rates, average call length and answer rates. The dialling facility is supplied on a "pay-on-usage" basis, which is a cost effective way of managing your business as and when demand dictates.

OPEX "network based" predictive dialling is compatible with all the other OPEX "in-network" services, giving you a fully integrated telephony suite at a very reasonable rate.
