Additionally Mitel, through the Mitel Solutions Alliance program and its professional services organization develops applications for specific vertical markets and develops custom applications for certain customers.

Our products and services are sold individually or offered as a solution, which is a combination of products and / or services designed to address specific communications needs. We provide horizontal applications including:

Contact Centers: software solutions that enable efficient operation of call centers
Teleworking: Solutions that enable workers to communicate remotely from home, an alternate work location or while traveling, in a secure and transparent manner
Messaging: a suite of software solutions that enable a variety of message functions (voice mail, fax retrieval, text-to-speech playback, etc.)
Collaboration: software that facilitates information sharing, and voice and video conferencing amongst work groups
Fixed /mobile Convergence: software solutions that enable seamless handoff and pickup of calls between wired telephony networks, in-building wireless networks, and mobile communications devices and networks.
We also create solutions for selected vertical markets, including education, government, healthcare, hospitality, retail and financial. In addition, we develop custom applications for specific customers, typically to enable business process improvements for them. We complement our product offerings with a rich suite of services that range from initial planning and design through to implementation and support services.
