Technical Director at OPEX Hosting, Stephen Owen’s expertise lies in both commerce and technology. Architect for several new Intelligent Network voice and data applications for contact centres and Tier 1 and 2 telecoms operators across the UK, Europe and India, Stephen also created the roadmap for taking these products to market.
His role includes the design of voice and data contact centre applications that are hosted in the network. These include Predictive diallers, ACD’s (IP), Voice Recording, Speech Recognition, IVR & DQ Services. Stephen is also a Qualified Nuance Speech Recognition Engineer.
