Roberta Mackintosh is Executive Director Global Voice for Verizon Business and is based at the company’s international headquarters in Reading, UK.

A 25-year industry veteran, Mackintosh has held a variety of senior marketing and product management positions within Verizon Business over the past 18 years with positions focusing on the enterprise and multinational market as well as marketing positions developing small business and consumer offerings leveraging advanced technologies. During her tenure she has played a prominent role in managing product marketing, coordinating capital investments and product development for the full range of voice, IP/data networking and IT solutions.

Prior to her position at Verizon Business, Mackintosh worked at Dialcom where she held various positions including responsibility for both pre-sales and post-sales support for the Asia Pacific Rim and Europe reporting to the VP of International Sales.

She has also served as chairperson of the Interoperability Committee and chairperson of the Electronic Commerce Committee for the Electronic Messaging Association (EMA), a non-profit trade association representing the e-business and messaging industries, focusing on technology, public policy and education.
