Pete has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry with more than half spent in telecommunications. As a co-founder of ETSI in 1995, a telephony solutions provider, he pioneered highly available integrated voice solutions into Europe, US and Asia, running product development and helping setup regional partnerships with NTTI and Siemens Business Systems.

Peter joined Avaya in 2000 to drive solution sales in the UK enterprise telephony and CRM markets, and more recently as a Director in Avaya’s EMEA Consulting division he ran enterprise communications architecture for strategic new business, being responsible for the company’s largest convergence solutions.

Upon joining Dimension Data in mid 2007 Pete has taken responsibility for strategy and development of the converged communications business in Europe.
