Having started his career at a leading telecoms reseller in the mid 1990s, Justin Hamilton-Martin gained extensive and broad experience through a variety of roles at Esprit Telecom before setting up 8el in February 2000. The company - today trusted by many corporates across the country - has an established track record, a comprehensive portfolio of WAN, VoIP and ISP services and is recognised as one of the UK's leading communications providers.

With his combination of sales and marketing experience, together with his understanding of telecoms technology, Justin's focus for the past two years has been to drive the business firmly into the corporate VoIP market space. Armed with an understanding of corporate client needs, he has brought to market a robust VoIP service for business users, which already has over a thousand users on board and making significant ripples in the market, particularly as a more flexible, resilient alternative to IP PBXs. The company expects to turnover in excess of £10M in 2008 through the support of new and existing customers.
