Ray McGroarty is Solutions Marketing Director at Polycom EMEA. With over 15 years experience in the conferencing and collaboration marketplace, in research and development as well as marketing roles, McGroarty has personal experience of the evolution of the market from niche technology to an increasingly mainstream consideration for general and IT management. Prior to Polycom, he has held a number of position in software engineering and product management and hold a B.Eng from Dublin City University and an Masters in Business Administration from Warwick.
