Speaking Sessions: How to ensure value for money from UC investment

Chris Charles is a member of PTS Consulting's Regions team of Consultants. He has gained experience in both voice and data networking and IT infrastructure fields during his education and through working experience with PTS Consulting and, formerly, Improcom. Some of Chris’ previous projects have included a major consideration of a converged network approach. Chris’ strengths lie in the analysis of user business needs and the development of strategy and procurement for major infrastructure projects, including procurement through the new OJEU Competitive Dialogue process. Recent work in this field has include outsourcing ICT Infrastructure, voice strategy, converged solution procurement, global mobile and telecom services and development of specifications for server consolidation and resilient storage solutions.
