CCT is an IT and telecommunications services provider with more than ten years’ experience of creating and maintaining sophisticated communications environments. Our aim is to enable commercial and public sector organisations to engage more effectively with their customers to increase satisfaction and profitability at lower cost.
CCT provides strategic advice linked to clients’ business objectives, technical solution design, technical knowledge transfer, implementation and support services. We support some 700 sites for more than 350 clients, 75% of whom use CCT to help manage sophisticated contact centre technology. We are proud to boast a client retention rate of more than 98%.
