As CTO for Datapoint Customer Services, David is responsible for driving the technology strategy, solution architectures and professional services to ensure the delivery of these solutions. He also oversees all strategic partnerships and long-term solution integration strategies that support the solution portfolio. David also plays a key role in supporting Datapoint’s customers in shaping their customer contact strategies across all areas of their business and operations. Tightly tied to his role as CTO, David leads the company’s technology development effort and is responsible for delivering all current and future Datapoint solutions.
