As a recognized contact center industry veteran, Chris brings over a decade of experience in the contact center environment to Interactive Intelligence upon joining in 2006. As Sales Engineer for the UK and Africa, and ultimately responsible for project planning and architecture for Interactive Intelligence Unified Communications products, Chris is part of team of professionals tasked with designing and delivering mission critical business applications and services for valued clients.

Before joining Interactive intelligence in 2006, Chris worked For Melita (now part of Aspect) and Altitude Software.
