In the 7 years working for BT Lynx, Adam has held a number of roles covering a wide range of skills and vertical sectors in both the Public and Private arena. Adam’s key responsibility is assisting customers understand the BT Lynx propositions (based on Microsoft, Cisco and the integration of both within the customer’s environment) and where these will help drive true business benefit, either through maximising the existing investments or through the introduction of new technology that compliments and contributes to a total cost of ownership. More recently Adam’s focus has been around the potential of businesses delivering a Collaboration and Unified Communications capability to drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction and ultimately reduce cost.

Prior to his time in the IT industry, Adam spent 7 years with The Boots Company as Chief Buyer and Operations Manager. He now finds that experience invaluable when translating customer requirements to define the most appropriate technology roadmap.
